A fantastic opportunity working with a global ecommerce and high-end retail brand for a permanent and full-time position as an Order Processing Executive based in Hersham. Your new role
Within your new role you will be responsible for order placements where you will work closely with operations specialists to ensure all manual orders are captured and processes correctly in line with SLAs. You will also develop and maintain internal relationships with brands creating trust, whilst responding to all queries and issues relating to orders in a timely manner. Within your new role you would also coordinate shipment requests with distribution centres, ensure all orders have shipping dates, and communicate the order flow status to all relevant business stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you should have the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high-volume environment, whilst prioritising duties and managing your time efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting a career having finished education, someone with at least 12 months within a customer service/customer care/administrative environment with a passion for fashion, brands, and big names. Good communication is key and demonstrating behaviours that support and reflect the companies' values is essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a brilliant salary of £28,000 with hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. You will work a schedule from Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-5:30pm. There is FREE parking on site, 25 days holiday PLUS bank holiday, private health care, and at the company's discretion you will also have an allowance of FREE products for the year.
