Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Insights Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical client of ours at their Rotkreuz site. This exciting opportunity will involve contributing towards better customer understanding through data-driven insights and help inform strategies for growth, customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to analyse data from various sources to uncover trends, predict customer behaviours and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
The role requires English language skills, with German or French considered to be an advantage and candidates to be Switzerland based, ideally in Zug, Zurich and surrounding areas as travel is required due to hybrid working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the in-house expert on CRM (Salesforce) ensuring the effective use of its tools for customer data collection, management, and analysis.
- Leverage Snowflake's capabilities to automate recurring and automatable reports, streamlining the process of generating key performance dashboards.
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce) and data platform (Snowflake) integrations are optimized for seamless data flow and governance, allowing for accurate, Real Time analysis and reporting of customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with market insights managers, digital team, therapeutic area heads, sales leads and sales representatives to gather field intelligence, ensuring that qualitative insights from direct customer interactions are incorporated into broader analytical models
- Translate this field-level data into actionable strategies, aligning real-world customer behavior with data-driven insights to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong background in Marketing and Customer Analytics
- Experience with Snowflake would be very beneficial
- Experience working with CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- French or German language skills would be a plus
- Experience working with Artificial Intelligence would be a plus but not required for this role
