Key duties

• First POC for all customer queries
• Working with Area Sales Managers to discover opportunities from leads
• Represent the company with the correct approach, appearance & tone-of-voice.
• Liaise with colleagues in other departments to ensure effective resolution of queries
• Proactive outbound retention, prospecting and lead activity management

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years in a fast-paced customer account management role
  
• Proven experience in a sales or account management role
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  
• Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights, working closely with the Area Sales Manager
  
• Effective IT skills
