Job Description:
They are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and shape the technical direction of the company. As CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of their Solana-based DeFi products, managing the tech team, and driving innovation in Blockchain technologies. You will play a key role in setting the technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Solana-based DeFi applications and smart contracts.
• Define and execute the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
• Manage and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Solana, ReactJS, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Oversee code quality, testing, and security best practices in Blockchain development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, implementing tools that improve efficiency and product performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or Senior Technical Leader in a Blockchain or Fintech company.
• Strong expertise in Solana development (smart contracts, Rust, Proof of History, etc.).
• Full-stack development experience (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, ReactJS, Next.js).
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and Blockchain architecture.
• Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and containerisation.
• Strong focus on security and data integrity within Blockchain applications.
