CRM Executive

Salt is excited to team up with one of the UK's fastest growing Beauty Brands as they hire a detail-oriented CRM Executive to enhance customer engagement and loyalty in this ASAP starting position. This role will involve developing CRM strategies, analysing customer data, and executing targeted marketing campaigns via Klayvio - so experience with this will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies.
• Analyse customer data for insights.
• Create and manage personalised email campaigns via Klayvio.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor and report on CRM initiatives.
• Maintain CRM database accuracy.

Skills Required:

• Experience in CRM, preferably in fashion or retail (bonus, not essential).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
