Credit Manager

Credit Controller - Hybrid - West London - Up to £26,000

Your new companyYour new company is a global and well-established global hotel company. You will be leading a team of three credit controllers.
Your new role

Advise the Head Office on all overdue cases and coordinate with them to resolve any queries

Identify any process issues quires timely collection

Ensure overdue payments comply with KPI's

Managing a team of 4 credit controllers

Review / approve customer credit applications

Ensure queries and reporting requirements are resolved in a timely manner

Participate in SAP AR implementation and other AR related systems

What you'll need to succeed:

Significant experience in credit management within the hotel industry

People management experience ideally within a global business, keeping them on task and hitting set targets.

7 years' experience in credit control

Ability to communicate and build relationships with business stakeholders

Brilliant communication skills on the phone and via email
