This hugely successful global employer have a need for experienced Credit Controllers to join the Credit Control team based in Stockton On Tees. Working in a hybrid pattern - usually 4 days at home, 1 day in the office, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Your new role

Taking charge of customer ledgers to maximise cash collection and minimise bad debts, ensuring financial health andgrowth.

Engaging with internal and external customers to build and maintain strong, productive relationships, contributing to our dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Proactively engage with customers to secure timely payments and address overdue invoices, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to swiftly resolve customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Manage customer correspondence meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts.
Work closely with team members to provide robust support and drive the achievement of business goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as a Credit Controller is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Professional telephone manner.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
