Your new role

• Manage a personal debt portfolio, ensuring collections are conducted promptly and efficiently.
• Pursue outstanding debts and arrange payment schedules.
• Respond to customer enquiries and issues.
• Precisely update the system with any alterations.
• Liaise with internal departments to offer assistance.
• Cultivate robust relationships with both clients and colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous credit control/collection experience in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.

Comfortable approaching clients via phone and email.

Ability to work well within a team.

Exceptional attention to detail.
