About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Specialist to join a leading global manufacturing company. This role is integral to supporting training and development projects, focusing on enhancing materials through innovative and engaging multimedia solutions. As part of a global team, you will collaborate across multiple business units to develop high-quality, impactful visual content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and produce visually compelling training materials, including graphics, videos, and audio elements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and strategic objectives.
• Translate complex training concepts into engaging multimedia content for diverse global audiences.
• Actively contribute to the collection and implementation of customer needs and provide creative solutions.
• Support cross-functional teams with their training video projects to elevate learning experiences.

Essential Skills

• Proven track record of working on similar creative projects within large, global organizations.
• Strong expertise in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and audio-visual development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for creative production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (eg, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Communication).

Preferred Attributes

• Have worked with organizations of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong understanding of global collaboration and cultural sensitivities.
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results while working across multiple time zones.
