Job Title: Cover Teaching Assistant
Start Times: Flexible, to suit your schedule
Pay: £84 to £105 per day (PAYE/Umbrella)
Location: Wandsworth & surrounding areas

Academics are recruiting for an esteemed primary school in Wandsworth and surrounding areas who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Qualifications and Skills:
️ Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
️ A passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
️ Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and year groups.
️ A positive and nurturing approach to supporting students' individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide cover for absent teachers, delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
Support pupils' learning and development through one-on-one assistance and group activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and cooperation.
Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and orderly learning space.
