Job Description

A client based in the London Bridge area is recruting for a course administrator, the role will primarily act as a key point of contact for course administrative queries, performing all administrative tasks involved in course management and accurate processing of course administration data.

This role is working Monday to Friday

Must have an excellent command of English

Must have intermediate Excel skills

The role: • Managing and improving administration and logistics for smooth, efficient and fuss-free course delivery to a range of clients in a variety of sectors • Maintaining course delivery within budget allocated for client • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, learners, and teachers • Assessing learner language levels, objectives, and logistical needs and matching them to the most suitable teachers • Creating and maintaining records of courses on internal systems; using this data to report to stakeholders on investment, course progress and student feedback • Collaborating with the Learning Solutions Manager to attend regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service • Regularly reporting to various stakeholders on investment, course progress and student feedback

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail • Have excellent Excel skills • Be very comfortable with technology • Able to prioritise tasks effectively • Be an articulate and good communicator - both written and spoken • Data entry and verification skills
