Corporate Partnerships and Events Fundraiser

£15.38 per hour £1.86 holiday pay (£30K FTE)

Charity People are recruiting on behalf of a wonderful charity based near Stratford Upon Avon to find them a proactive and highly organised person to work in their Corporate Partnerships team. Working in a team of five, and reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, this role will also include event coordination, ensuring the smooth running of their annual event taking place on the 25 th June. You will be able to work a full day, and attend the events out of working hours that afternoon into evening. The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support across corporate partnerships and be comfortable approaching a researched pipeline of corporate prospects (potential value £5k-£10k) including meeting with clients and developing proposals.
  • Administer the ongoing corporate volunteering programme for the charity's corporate partners and corporate prospects.
  • Help organise the event, arranging the guest list, following up with invitees and RSVPS, updating and recording on the charity CRM (Donorfy) and Excel, liaise with suppliers, sending regular updates to the team
  • Research and deliver detailed and accurate research and due diligence on corporate prospects as required.
  • Support the SCPM with the stewardship of HoEF corporate partners, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
  • Ensure accuracy of recording and customer data management across corporate partnerships using Donorfy and provide reports as required.
  • Maintain accurate income records on Donorfy and in Excel spreadsheets, conducting cross-checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure corporate files on SharePoint are well maintained to a high standard of organisation.
  • Support the administration of supporter care, including maintaining up-to-date records on our CRM, responding promptly to inquiries and donor stewardship.

You will bring:

  • Previous corporate partnerships experience, including prospecting and stewardship.
  • Confident, with a can-do, enthusiastic work ethic.
  • Comfortable working independently within a small team, while knowing when to seek support.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess corporate prospects and conduct due diligence.
  • Ability to manage and maintain structured filing systems, both digital (SharePoint) and CRM-based (Donorfy).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for income tracking and cross-checking financial records.

This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate partnerships fundraiser to contribute to a meaningful cause and gain valuable experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and quickly.

There are no buses or trains in a commutable distance. So, you it would be ideal for a car driver, there is parking on site. The office is quite far into the countryside, however there is no set expectation to be in the office, only when required, ideally once a fortnight, and then the week running up to the event.
