• Has experience in managing the stakeholders across various departments like Credit Policy Operations, Business, Legal, Conduct etc.
• Well-versed with the banking framework, regulatory policies & and procedures, and local market practices in Ireland & UK
• Has worked in the corporate lending space with extensive experience across Corporate lending, new product/feature designing including their Cost-Benefit Ratio etc.
• Has managed corporate loan books from both operations and credit operations perspectives
• Support Management teams to get necessary approvals for major product releases by providing required artifacts and supporting documents.
