The Corporate Development Team consists of a diverse group of people with different international backgrounds in Corporate Finance. We work closely with key decision makers at PALFINGER in the planning and execution of international M&A projects as well as cross-functional strategy/corporate projects. To strengthen our Corporate Development Team based in Salzburg, Austria, we are looking for a Corporate Development Associate / Manager (f/m/d).


Aufgaben
  • Manage and execute M&A transactions including strategic assessment, due diligence, negotiation and synergy identification; lead every aspect of day-to-day operations from signing to closing
  • Proactive management of corporate projects, lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with advisors
  • Develop value creation scenarios and translate strategic options into solid business cases
  • Responsible for corporate projects, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with advisors
  • Organize, prepare and present content for top management meetings, including decision memos, workshops and presentations

Profil
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance or accounting
  • Several years of relevant work experience in a similar role (industry, advisory, private equity, investment banking, Big Four)
  • Deep understanding of the M&A process and experience in managing M&A transactions as well as knowledge of corporate finance, valuation and financial modelling
  • Communication, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Fluent in English and German, willingness to travel internationally up to approx. 20 %

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
