Coordinator Temp

Your new company
You will be joining a dynamic Bath-based and prestigious institution.
Your new role
You will be expected to support your departmental team with the following duties:

  • Handle enquiries via phone calls, in person requests and emails using Outlook
  • Help coordinate and process reports using excel databases
  • Coordinate meetings / book meeting rooms according to team availability.
  • Assist with department buying - use bespoke buying systems
  • Be an office anchor where visitors and colleagues can rely on you for their ad hoc administration.
  • Be able to take efficient notes/minutes during meetings
  • Greet and direct visits to the appropriate site/personnel.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Buying or finance background preferred.
  • Have experience working as a PA or team business support.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office software used with data administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
