Job Advert: Contract Security Manager - Bristol - Hybrid

Location: Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Pay Rate: £300-£362 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Type: 4-month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.
Security Clearance: SC Clearance required

About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced Contract Security Manager to oversee the security management of the Emergency Services Network (ESN). This is a critical role in ensuring that the company meets its security obligations, providing a secure and resilient communication network for emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Management: Ensure compliance with security standards, including ISO 27001 and risk management frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external customer security teams.
• Delivery Oversight: Manage contract security obligations, ensuring alignment with governance policies.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify security risks, oversee audits, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of security professionals, ensuring high standards in security operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in security management, preferably in telecom or public sector environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with senior security teams.
• Strong risk assessment and governance expertise.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office).
• SC Clearance is required for this role.
