Contract Recruitment Consultant - London

New Business Responsibilities

  • To approach, attract, and secure new client accounts.
  • To open new business lines in existing or Legacy client accounts.
  • To deliver consistent and effective client outreach with optimism and rigor.
  • To take a client through the entire life cycle of approach, conversion, and successful candidate placement.
  • To drive improvements and new ideas for multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Establish and represent Kite's brand reputation in new markets.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • To embrace and develop new and Legacy accounts, generating and increasing client spend/revenue
  • To develop successful commercial relationships with your accounts that result in high-quality, well-briefed requirements
  • To observe all internal quality standards and processes for every vacancy and candidate
