Job Description

What you will do

You will support the continuous improvement process of both short term and mid-long plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs at the Johnson Controls manufacturing plant in Rájecko.

We are looking for enthusiasts in the field of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.

How you will do it

  • Cost Out Projects: Identifying and leading projects to improve all areas of the plant, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Lean Tools: Training and developing Lean methodology in the plant using Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, Yamazumi, VSM, TPM, Daily Management.
  • Training and Development: Developing and coordinating training for employees.
  • Gemba Walk: Supporting the culture of Gemba Walk in production to engage leaders and employees in the process of finding areas for improvement.
  • JCMS: Implementing various levels of the Johnson Controls Management System in the plant.

What we look for

  • A leader with previous experience in an international manufacturing environment in the field of Continuous Improvement/Lean Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, VSM, Hoshin Kanri, Road Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Skills in project management and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to enforce and implement changes.
  • Proficiency in Czech language and English for communication with the global Lean team.
