Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager Industry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing Location: York Salary: £55,000, Permanent Shift Pattern: Full Time (MON-FRI) Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of food and beverage products. They have 7 sites across the UK from Aberdeen down to Cornwall. They are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to promote continuous improvement by boosting efficiency, cut waste, and enhance product quality at their site in York. Continuous Improvement Manager Job Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate training on continuous improvement principles to enhance internal capabilities. Support site profit targets by managing enhancement projects. Improve decision-making and problem-solving skills across teams. Conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and establish KPIs for progress tracking. Refine processes to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborate on Asset Care initiatives with Operations and Engineering. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Share best practices and collaborate with other sites.Required Continuous Improvement Manager Attributes: Experience in Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement (1 Year Minimum) 1 Year minimum working within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry. Confident and collaborative decision-maker. Successfully led cross-functional teams to implement change. Able to work independently and adapt as needed. Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
