We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Contracts Manager or Construction Manager, with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously. This role involves overseeing projects from pre-contract to handover, liaising with architects, planners, local authorities, contractors, and various stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple construction sites simultaneously
Manage projects from pre-contract to handover, ensuring all stages are completed to the highest standards
Liaise with architects, planners, local authorities, contractors, and various stakeholders
Plan and programme projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to the construction teams on site
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold incredibly high standards
Prepare and submit regular progress reports
Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process

Requirements:

Experience working on Residential Apartment Builds
Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager or Construction Manager
Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, motivational, and organisational skills
Ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools
