Compliance Support

Compliance support vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Reviewing alerts and conducting thorough checks using client database and various analytical tools to identify true matches
• Checking for true matches and assessing the materiality and relevance of the negativity
• Justifying and meticulously documenting assessments to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborating effectively with partners across the 1st and 2nd lines of defense to seek additional support when needed
• Performing sample checks for false match discounted hits to determine if discounting rationale is understandable for third party

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in Compliance, Risk Management, KYC profiling, or screening
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and current industry trends
• Language skills: English - fluent; Arabic, Russian, Hebrew, or Chinese would be advantageous

Your soft skills:

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
