Compliance Monitoring Analyst (FTC)

Compliance Monitoring Analyst | London Market Insurer | London/Hybrid | £50 - 60,000 (doe) | 12M FTC

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with an established London market insurer in their search for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join them on a 12 month FTC basis to cover maternity leave.

You will be reporting into the Head of Compliance and you responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews.
• Preparing compliance monitoring reports.
• Conduct thematic reviews.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years compliance experience - preferably monitoring or assurance.
• Good working knowledge of Lloyd's minimum standards, FCA and PRA regulations.
• Must have a background in the London insurance market or general insurance.
• Report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week and there is a completion bonus, should you complete the full 12 months of the contract.
