We're on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Complex Care Assistants to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in Dorset Area

Shifts :

Night shifts 22.00 -07.00 7 nights a week

Responsibilities

• Support patients with daily activities, including medication administration, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain effective communication with residents and their families, fostering a supportive environment.

Role requirements

1 Years paediatric experience working in a health or social care setting as Paediatric Complex Care Assistant

English language Fluent oral and written.

Good communication and problem solving skills

You'll be providing care and support to clients, whose individual needs include:

Tracheostomy

PEG Feeding

Seizure Management

Manual Handling

Oral Suction

Chest Physio PEP mask
