Community Consulting - Scrum Master

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and support one of our key clients, a major player in industry . In this role, you will facilitate Agile methodologies, ensure smooth collaboration between teams, and drive continuous improvement in the development process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
  
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
  
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure efficient workflow and delivery.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
  
• Ensure effective communication between development teams, stakeholders, and business units.
  
• Promote Agile mindset and values across the organization.
  
• Monitor and report on team performance and Agile maturity.
  

Required skills & experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex IT environments.
  
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is a strong asset.
  
• Experience in specific industry or technology, if relevant is a plus.
