Your new role
Site Manager - Commercial Fit Out ProjectsAs a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with clients, and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Your role will be pivotal in delivering successful commercial fit out projects across London.
What you'll need to succeed

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  
• First Aid Certificate
  
• A trade background is preferable.
  
• CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  
• Proven experience in managing commercial fit out projects
  
• Experience working for either a main contractor or a subcontractor
