Job Description
Are you a Commercial Administrator?

Your new role:

  • To support the internal commercial manager.
  • To keep the contract database up to date with accurate data entry and accurate agreement management.
  • To support the internal finance and operations teams.
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Raise PO numbers.
  • Confident in leading negotiations with new clients.
  • To make sure the governance is in place for the commercial agreements.
  • And other ad-hoc administrative tasks.


What you'll need to succeed:
  • Strong commercial admin background.
  • The ability to adapt to a variety of online systems.
  • Be confident and have clear communication skills both written, electronically and over the phone.
  • Have a can-do and hard-working attitude.
  • Be used to company policies and procedures.
  • Experience of contract management.
