Summary:

The main function is to coach 20 solution architects across EMEA on a 5 month program!

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate effective communication between managers, architects and executives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance business acumen and strategic thinking among managers and architects.

Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.

Organize and coordinate leadership communication development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentoring programs.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure the integration of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Provide support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials at senior leadership/executive levels.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required:

o 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

o Proven, outstanding written and oral communication skills.

o Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work well under pressure and within short time constraints.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred:

o Experience with leadership development programs and strategic planning.
