CNI Support Engineer (SC Cleared) - 6 months - Wokingham

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an SC Cleared CNI Support Engineer to join a leading utilities company, working on critical government infrastructure, for an initial 6-month contract, based in Wokingham, with 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SNOW requests and incident management.
• Provide Level-2 infrastructure support and user account management using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra).
• Support the starters, movers, leavers process, password resets, and troubleshoot laptop, desktop, and user access issues.
• Configure laptops and desktops (PAW) using Intune and Active Directory; rebuild laptops and reconfigure applications.
• Assist with patch management and security tool deployment.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in ticket management and user management (Active Directory & Entra).
• Familiarity with Intune, Active Directory, and rebuilding devices.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow Best in Class standards.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (view for extension)
• Day Rate: Up to £350 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Wokingham (3 days onsite)
• Start Date: ASAP
