CNC Machinist

Your new company
An Engineering Company based in Cardiff is looking to employ a CNC Machinist for their engineering team following greater product demand.

Your new role
As a CNC Machinist, you will be operating CNC Machines, running safety checks and ensuring all products are manufactured to the required specifications. Within this role, you will be working on a weekly shift reporting to a production manager.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have NVQ L3 in a relevant discipline or equivalent, experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment. You will have the ability to read and understand work instructions, read and interpret engineering drawings and production cards.
It would be highly desirable to have worked with a Mazak Machine, but experience with a Siemans or Dusan Machine is also desirable.

What you'll get in return
As a CNC Machinist, you will be paid a salary between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, you will receive 25 days' holiday, access to the company bonus scheme and the ability to select salary sacrifice benefits.
