Clinical Research Associate

Planet Pharma are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic team, focusing on oncology clinical trials. This exciting opportunity is based in Latvia, and we are looking for someone with strong and recent experience in monitoring oncology trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular on-site visits to clinical trial sites, averaging 8 visits per month.
• Monitor the progress of oncology clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and protocol.
• Collaborate closely with site staff to ensure data integrity, patient safety, and timely reporting.
• Review and resolve site-related issues, including data discrepancies and non-compliance, in a proactive and effective manner.

Key Requirements:

• Strong and recent experience in monitoring oncology trials.
• Ability to travel within Latvia and visit trial sites regularly.
• Fluent in Latvian and English (both spoken and written) - Russian is not required.
• Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
