We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join one of the largest Primary Care Networks in Suffolk, covering multiple GP practices and serving 100,000 patients from Felixstowe to Eye. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient consultations, optimise medication management, and provide expert advice across multiple sites within the network.

Key Requirements:

• GPhC registration
• 2-5 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in primary care
• Medical Prescriber experience in a primary care setting
• Salary negotiable based on experience
