About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our client's team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for their patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct medication reviews and develop comprehensive medication management plans
- Provide expert advice on medicines to patients and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' progress on medication and make necessary adjustments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of medication policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical pharmacy
Requirements
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
