Job Description

Job Title: Client Partner
Location: Switzerland (ON SITE)
Salary/Rate: £150,000 per annum
Start Date: 01/05/2025
Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage overall client relationships for a cluster of accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and client advocate, ensuring a high level of governance in client relationships.

Commercial Management:

  • Negotiate and manage all commercial matters with clients.

Strategic Advisory:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing solutions to resolve client business challenges through leveraging expertise.
  • Conduct meaningful business conversations with client executives.

Awareness and Transformation:

  • Ensure strong client awareness of all offerings and capabilities.
  • Drive the transformation agenda with clients.

Visibility and Engagement:

  • "Walk the floor" of the client, ensuring high visibility and understanding of client issues and objectives.
  • Obtain a security pass for client access, integrating with the client's leadership team.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth by creating and championing high-value propositions for clients.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Have business oversight of multiple relationships across client stakeholders.
  • Communicate key client developments to Senior Management.

Client Visits and Governance:

  • Manage client visits and accompany them to delivery centers as required.
  • Own and ensure the cadence of client governance.

Reference Management:

  • Manage all reference requests from the client for targeted new clients, analysts, and advisors.

Client Partner Charter Execution:

  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date account plan for assigned clients.
  • Issue fortnightly updates on recent activity and client engagement.
  • Ensure timely management and updates of sales opportunities.
  • Establish and run contractual governance forums with the client

Required Skills/Experience

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education or equivalent
  • Strong industry Life Science domain knowledge (commercial domain)
