Graduate Teaching Assistant - Clapham

Engage Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a Mainstream Primary School looking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant supporting students in the classroom as well as covering classes when needed. The position would be to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and materials
• Support individual students or small groups to reinforce learning
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and challenges
• Supervise students during breaks and other school activities
• Ensure the classroom is organised and clean
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
