Up to£62,771 + excellent benefits

The rolewill include teaching core and foundation subjects. There is apotential TLR for subject leadership in English, Science and PSHE,for the rightcandidate.

We areseeking an outstanding Teacher who embodies the followingqualities:
  • QualifiedTeacher Status(QTS)

  • Experience teachingchildren with SEND in a specialist school setting (desirable butnot essential)

  • Strongknowledge of effective relational behaviour management strategiesfor students with SEND, communication challenges, and complexbehaviours

  • Resilience,stamina, and adaptability with excellent interpersonalskills

  • A positive attitudetoward hard work and tacklingchallenges

  • A genuine passionfor making a difference in the lives of our students and theirfamilies

  • Enthusiasm forworking collaboratively as part of a dedicated andmultidisciplinary team

  • Astrong commitment to student and staff well-being, aligned with ourcore values

  • A desire to workin an organisation that supports, develops, and invests in itsstaff

  • A proven ability toachieve positive outcomes forstudents

  • Experience increating engaging lesson plans and contributing to curriculumdevelopment
