Our client is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to join their support staff team as a Classroom Cover Supervisor. They seek someone passionate about the power of education to improve young people's life chances and a committed team player. This role is ideal for someone considering teacher training and is eager to contribute to student success.

Our ideal candidates will:

• Have good organisational skills, patience, flexibility, creativity, and an ability to build relationships with young people
• Have previous experience of working in a school
• Possess good communication skills

The role is offered five days per week, term-time only, from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm, paid at NJC Point 12 (£26,421 per annum, actual pro-rated salary £19,673 per annum). Flexibility around hours and days worked will be considered to meet candidate needs. Please state your ideal working pattern on the application form. Note that a pay award is pending from April 2024, and the post is fixed-term until 31 July 2025 in the first instance.
