Class 1 Driver

Role: Class 1 Driver Days/Nights

Location: Cheshunt

Hours: 8-10 hours per shift

Pay Rate: £16.80 days £18.26 Nights

Experience: Newly Passed Welcome

Extrastaff are currently working in partnership with a distribution company to recruit Class 1 Drivers for their trunking team. Flexibility to work across 7 days a week, offering a competitive pay rate and easy driving work.

Class 1 Driver Duties:

Transporting goods between depots and distribution centres across the UK
Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods
Performing vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues
Use company software/PDA to record and track deliveries

Licence/Certificates required for a Class 1 Driver:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license
Minimum of 6 months Class 1 driving experience
A valid CPC card and Digi Tachograph card
Ability to work across 7 days a week
A flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
