The CIO Office is seeking an organized, detail-focused IT Coordinator to manage daily operations through effective coordination, administrative support, financial oversight, and contract management. This position also contributes to internal communications and event planning. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, familiar with IT processes, and comfortable collaborating with a broad network of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

CIO Office Coordination & Admin Support

  • Act as the primary contact for the CIO Office, handling communications and meetings.

  • Organize CIO team schedules, leadership meetings, and track action points.

  • Maintain confidentiality for sensitive information.

  • Support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Coordinate internal communications between IT, vendors, and business teams.

  • Assist with travel planning and office management.

IT Contract Management & Project Support

  • Help review, process, and monitor IT contracts, renewals, and agreements.

  • Keep a centralized contract database and track compliance and deadlines.

  • Work with procurement and legal on contracts and NDAs.

  • Support IT PMO with KPI reporting and project coordination as needed.

Budget Oversight

  • Monitor and manage the CIO Office budget, ensuring financial goals are met.

  • Handle POs, invoices, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness.

Your Profile:

Requirements:

  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV) with relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related.

  • At least 5 years' experience in administrative coordination, financial operations, or office management in a corporate IT setting.

  • Proven project coordination experience including budget, timeline, and deliverable tracking.

  • Experience managing IT contracts, vendor relationships, and procurement.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with executives, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management tools.

  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP.

  • Basic understanding of IT operations and terminology.
