Job Description
Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a BACP accredited Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist to work across a range of residential homes supporting looked after children within Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire.

Mileage paid 45p above average between sites

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide bespoke assessment and formulation for the young people, to ensure you deliver effective interventions . You will also contribute to the development and delivery of therapeutic care programmes.

The successful applicant will effectively safeguard, adhere to ethical framework, and deliver individual and group therapy based on the needs of the service users.

Contract type - permanent

Hours - full-time preferred, part-time can be considered

Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 FTE DOE

Experience required:

Candidates applying will hold full accreditation with the BACP, UKCP or a similar governing body. It is essential applicants also have post qualification experience with children and young people, preferably within residential care settings.
