Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Location: London

The Role:

  • As the CRO, you will oversee the entire revenue operation, driving strategy and execution across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across the globe, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for enterprise and SMB sales, managing the sales pipeline, pricing strategies, and customer life cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align revenue generation with the company's long-term vision and goals.
  • Establish metrics for sales performance, forecast revenue targets, and ensure consistent growth in alignment with company objectives.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior revenue leadership role, ideally as CRO or VP of Sales within the SaaS or ConTech industries.
  • A track record of scaling revenue operations from start-up to multi-million-pound businesses.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build successful, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with both SMB and enterprise clients, and a deep understanding of sales strategies, sales cycles, and customer success models.
  • Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and preparing businesses for significant growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.

The Package:

  • Base Salary: £180k-£200k
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): £300k+
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, pension, and more.

The Process:

  • 1st Stage: Initial interview with the CEO and/or leadership team.
  • 2nd Stage: In-depth conversation regarding sales strategy and leadership approach.
  • Final Stage: Meet with the executive team and discuss long-term company vision and fit.
