Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief People Officer to join their SLT. This senior role will lead change and transformation to achieve the College's strategic aims and objectives, delivering on their aspiration of making them a great place to work. The successful candidate will ensure that all people-related activities are aligned to foster a strong and coherent culture based on their values.
