Sirona care & health provides community healthcare services to a population of nearly one million people across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. We have an annual turnover of over £200m and a workforce of 3,500.

Following a challenging period of transition, we are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to help shape the future for community services and drive the transformational change of our organisation to ensure that Sirona remains at the forefront of leading-edge service delivery.

To achieve this, you will be a values-driven and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results with a deep commitment to tackling inequalities. You will also need strong commercial acumen gained either within the public or private sector.
