Position: Chemistry Teacher + TLR
Start Date: January 2025
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: MPS-UPS (Main Pay Scale - Upper Pay Scale) with TLR
Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire

Key Requirements:
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience and passion for teaching Chemistry.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
Commitment to high academic standards and continuous professional development.
Experience or willingness to take on additional responsibilities with a TLR.
