Position

• Earnings: Up to £17.00 per hour Inclusive of Service Charge
• Location: London, EC2M 3YD
• Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week (22.30 latest finishing time).

We are seeking passionate and talented Chef de Parties to join the back-of-house team at our esteemed Terra restaurant, which is set to be relaunched in October in collaboration with renowned Master Chef Carlo Cracco.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests by demonstrating your exceptional culinary skills, commitment to quality, and passion for the Italian cuisine.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience at a Chef de Partie level or equivalent in high-volume kitchens.
• Knowledge of fresh pasta making is beneficial but we will teach you how to use our equipment and make fresh handmade pasta from scratch!
• Ability to cook to specs and brand standards
• A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
• Fluent in English
• Right to work in the UK
