Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Chef for our JD Wetherspoons venue where you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

We're looking for passionate and enthusiastic Chefs and Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. If you have a flair for preparing tasty food and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef, including roles such as Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or Cook is desirable, however training can be provided.
- Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Effective communication skills and an enthusiasm for food and cooking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
