We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in menu development, food safety, and maintaining high standards of hospitality within our establishment.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing inventory effectively.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
• Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, fostering a positive working atmosphere among team members.
