Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join an innovative transport business as a Change Manager.

Client Details

My client is an innovative transport provider, based out of Liverpool.

They are searching for a Change Manager to lead on the creation, implementation and measuring of continuous improvement and change management programmes.

This is a permanent role, based in Liverpool, with hybrid working.

Description

  • Leading the recommendation and application of structured change models or methodologies for successful management of the change programme and associated projects
  • Responsible for change managements plan creation
  • To develop an in depth understanding of relevant areas of the organisation to inform effective change support and interventions
  • To ensure leaders are equipped with the tools, skills, and competencies to become visible change leaders in their areas of responsibility
  • Provide coaching and support for leaders to manage the human impacts of change in their areas including helping their people to understand the need for change, to adopt and adapt new processes
  • Embed change through creation of measures, monitor people impact and evaluate change management initiatives
  • Being proactively involved in the wider industry, as both thought leader and keeping abreast of developing trends and technologies including bringing these to the attention of the business where strategically relevant to existing or new business.
  • Other ad hoc duties within the scope of the role when required by the CEO.

Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in change management roles.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management principles and practices.
  • Industry recognised relevant certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe etc is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Certification in change management (eg, Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.

Job Offer

  • Salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
