Remuneration: £30,000 per annum for a time commitment of a minimum of 6 days per month

Spectrum is at a pivotal moment in its journey, and we are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as our new Chair. Our healthcare system is under immense pressure, and the most disadvantaged individuals are often those who suffer the most, with limited access to essential health and social care. As Chair, you will be at the forefront of helping us expand our reach and impact, ensuring that we continue to provide healthcare to those who need it most, without compromising on quality or social value. Your leadership will be inspirational, and you will have the diplomatic skills, political acumen, and influence necessary to drive real, lasting change.

You will have extensive senior Board level experience in complex, regulated and person-centred environments, comfortable in operating at scale. Given our geography across the North of England, you will be a collaborative and influential leader, skilled at building strong partnerships. You will be an integral part of the development of our new Integrated Business Plan and strategy, working alongside our visionary founder CEO, Linda Harris, to steer Spectrum toward new opportunities and growth. Your entrepreneurial spirit and commercial expertise, particularly within the health and social care sector, will be essential as we continue to thrive and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
