Functie

In this role, you'll be responsible for the strategic procurement of mechanical components, collaborating closely with various internal teams. This allows you to have a direct impact on the company's performance.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for mechanical components.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, while building new partnerships.
• Conduct price and contract negotiations.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to determine the correct specifications and requirements.
• Analyze market trends and adjust your procurement strategy accordingly.
• Drive continuous process improvements and cost savings.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a proactive and driven Category Buyer with experience in mechanical procurement and strategic thinking. Do you recognize yourself in the following profile?

• A completed HBO or university degree in a technical or business field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Experience with mechanical components or products.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic insight.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and disciplines.
• You have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
