Care Support Worker - Children's Home
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,066 - £26,632 (based on full time hours, part time applications are also welcome)
Hours: 37.5
We can offer:
- Full or part time working pattern (earlies, 7am - 2:30pm and lates, 2:15pm - 9:45pm)

What you'll be doing:
Supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 - 19 years with their care and education.
Enabling their learners to participate in activities and have fun outside of school hours including bowling, swimming, cinema trips, sports, baking and sensory groups both on and offsite.
Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones, keeping all documentation up to date
Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care and medication where needed
